How fast can you turn around a job?
Most standard jobs are ready within 2–4 business days. Rush is available on most products with same-day or next-day delivery for an added fee. Send us your file and we'll quote turnaround alongside price.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, and PNG. We recommend high-resolution PDFs with embedded fonts and 0.125" bleed. If your file isn't print-ready, our team can prep it for a small fee.
Do I need a finished design to get a quote?
Not at all. Tell us the product, size, quantity, and use case — we'll quote it from there. If you need design help, we can recommend a layout or use the in-browser Design Studio.
Can I see paper samples before ordering?
Yes — request a free swatch book and we'll mail or hand you one. Drop in for a tour and we'll walk you through stocks, finishes, and finishing options.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on most products. We've printed runs of 100 business cards and 50,000 postcards in the same week. Per-piece price drops at higher volumes.
